A notice to the Bertram Inn of at least two weeks prior to the scheduled date of arrival is required in order to avoid a penalty.
Our Inn features 14 luxury, tastefully decorated rooms. Due to our limited number of guest rooms, your accommodation is guaranteed at the time of reservation by charging your credit card a deposit equivalent to the first night stay (including tax). You may cancel your reservation with penalty resulting in a $20 booking fee which will be applied for reservations cancelled up to 14 days prior to your arrival.
Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible.
The fee for a late cancellation is the room cost for any nights that we are unable to resell.
Pet Policy
The Bertram Inn is a great location for our guests and their pets.
Together you can walk the quiet streets of historic suburban Brookline, take a stroll along the beautiful
Charles River, or meander through the famous Boston Public Garden.
After a busy day in the city,
please enjoy relaxing on our terrace and taking in the fresh smells of the flowers below.
The Inn welcomes pets of any kind with the following restrictions:
» We require an emergency phone number when pets are left in the rooms unattended.
» Pets may not be left unattended and uncrated in the room. Any unattended pet must be crated. We have one crate available for guest use.
» Rooms in which there are unattended pets will not receive housekeeping service. Please speak to the manager on duty to arrange a time for housekeeping to be performed.
» Any damage to the room or extra cleaning required (i.e. dry cleaning or carpet cleaning) will be charged to the guest.
